Tariq Hatchett-young
Coach Tariq Hatchett-Young enters his first season with the Boulder Panthers, bringing a wealth of experience as both a player and a coach. A versatile athlete, Coach Hatchett-Young played six seasons of semi-pro football as a wide receiver and defensive end, competing for four different teams and earning the honor of being a three-time CFL Champion.
Transitioning from player to coach, he spent two years leading the defensive line for the Mile High Thoroughbreds, where his unit helped the team capture three championships. Known for his energy, leadership, and commitment to fundamentals, Coach Hatchett-Young is excited to bring his passion for the game and dedication to player development to Boulder High School football.

addison schinderle
Coach Schinderle is currently a junior at the University of Colorado Boulder, majoring in Communications with minors in Journalism and Sports Media. He has been involved in football since elementary school, starting with flag football before playing seven years of tackle football through middle and high school.
Passionate about the game, Coach Schinderle is excited to continue learning from experienced coaches and to grow in his role on the other side of the sideline. His goal is to help build a strong, disciplined, and winning culture within the Boulder Panther football program.
